WIFI for internet and email is available through out the hall.
Access to the recreation ground is through the bi-fold doors.
Our portable stage is 5m x 3m and configurable as required.
We have an entrance ramp and hand rails and the hall is all on one floor
Our kitchen includes Hob, Ovens and Microwave.
We have a hearing loop facility throughout the hall.
Our hall has a capacity for up to up to 100 people and has a large floor space ideal for dancing or fitness classes. Hall hire is £20 per hour and reduces to £15 per hour after two hours (eg 3 hrs £55, 4 hrs £70) There is a £5 per hour discount for local residents of Horsley – Lady Lea Road, Smalley Mill Road, Church Street, French Lane, The Green, The Dovecote, Horsley Road and Tants Meadow.
Although bookings will be reserved on receipt of a booking form they will not be confirmed until payment is received.
Alcohol can be served but cannot be charged for unless with an authorised permit. Details of pop -up bar authorisation must be forwarded, and agreed, prior to the event.
In relation to the alcohol licence for the Hall –
The Hall has has a zero tolerance drug policy. Use of drugs on the premises or in the grounds will lead to the hall being immediately closed and the booking terminated.
We ask for no smoking or vaping on the premises.
Please keep external doors closed whilst music is being played.
To ensure any equipment to increase noise levels must use the sockets on the grey wall. (These sockets will cut the power supply if noise levels exceed 80 decibels).
To ensure noise from car doors slamming, vehicles revving etc. is controlled and does not cause disturbance to our neighbours in French Lane, Church St. and The Dovecote.
French Lane is a private road and MUST not be used for parking.
A full refund will be given where a minimum of 14 days notice of cancellation is given. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will be refunded at 50%.
